What we collect

Account info: the email address and password you sign up with (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase — we never see or store your password ourselves), plus the display name you choose.
App data: the draft boards, trades, pool memberships, mock submissions, and pick predictions you create while using the app.
Profile info: the @username, bio, favorite team, and pixel-art avatar you choose (the avatar is a set of options you pick, like hair and job title, not a photo), plus your privacy settings, who you follow, who follows you, and anyone you block or report.

What other users can see

Always visible to signed-in users: your display name, @username, avatar, favorite team, bio, and follower/following counts. People who know your @username can open your profile.
Only what you make public: each saved mock is Only me until you switch it to Public, and your live boards stay hidden unless you turn on Show Live Boards. Your pool results and stats appear on your profile.
Private accounts: if you make your account private, only followers you approve can see your public mocks, live boards, pool results, stats, and follower lists.
Blocking: someone you block can't find you, see your profile, or follow you, and isn't notified. Reports you submit are only visible to us.

What we don't collect

Draft Vault does not currently process any payments or store any financial or payment information — there is no monetization live in the app today. We don't use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use your data

Solely to run the app: authenticating you, saving and displaying your boards and pool activity, showing your profile to other users as described above, reviewing reports, and scoring your picks against real draft results. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Cookies / local storage

Whether you're on the web app or the mobile app, we use your browser's local storage or your device's on-device storage only to keep you signed in between visits. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. In the mobile app, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data (including your profile, follows, and blocks) yourself at any time from Settings (the gear on your Profile) → DELETE ACCOUNT. You can also request deletion by emailing us at the address below.
